Scheduling and Cancellations: If a coaching session must be rescheduled, clients must provide at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Participation in our courses or coaching services does not guarantee book completion, publishing success, book sales, or financial outcomes. Editing and Manuscript Review:

• Aspiring Authors Hub provides coaching, educational guidance, and creative development support designed to help clients develop their ideas, structure their books, and strengthen their writing process.

• Aspiring Authors Hub does not provide professional editing, proofreading, or manuscript correction services. Clients seeking detailed grammar review, copy editing, or manuscript polishing may wish to explore professional editing services, writing tools, or grammar support platforms such as Grammarly or similar resources.

Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools:

• Aspiring Authors Hub may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the writing, editing, brainstorming, or educational process. These tools are used to support idea development, organization, and learning, but all guidance, instruction, and final decisions remain under the direction and judgment of Jamil Maroun.

• Client materials, ideas, and written content shared during coaching sessions or submitted through surveys will not be intentionally used to train public AI systems or distributed outside the scope of providing coaching or educational services.

• AI tools are used solely to assist the educational and creative process and do not replace the human guidance, experience, and judgment provided through Aspiring Authors Hub.

Intellectual Property:

• All course materials, educational content, and resources provided by Aspiring Authors Hub are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Course materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission from Aspiring Authors Hub.

• Clients retain ownership of their original written work and ideas shared during coaching sessions or submitted through surveys or exercises.

• However, due to the nature of creative work, Aspiring Authors Hub may work with multiple clients exploring similar themes, concepts, or story ideas. Participation in coaching or educational services does not grant clients exclusive rights to general concepts, themes, writing techniques, or creative approaches that may be discussed during sessions.

• Aspiring Authors Hub retains all rights to its educational methods, teaching frameworks, course materials, and creative techniques.

Client Submissions:

• Any materials, ideas, or written content voluntarily shared with Aspiring Authors Hub through surveys, coaching sessions, or correspondence remain the property of the client. However, by participating in coaching or educational services, clients acknowledge that similar ideas, themes, or concepts may arise independently in other creative work.

• Aspiring Authors Hub is not responsible for protecting the novelty or exclusivity of ideas shared during coaching conversations.

Creative Work and Idea Overlap:

• Clients acknowledge that writing and storytelling frequently involve common themes, archetypes, character types, and narrative structures that may appear across many creative works.

• Aspiring Authors Hub and Jamil Maroun may independently create, develop, and publish books, articles, courses, or other creative works that explore themes, concepts, character types, or story elements that are similar to those discussed during coaching sessions, surveys, or educational programs.

• Participation in coaching or educational services does not grant clients exclusive rights to general ideas, themes, genres, character types, or narrative concepts discussed during sessions. Clients agree that Aspiring Authors Hub and Jamil Maroun retain full rights to independently develop and publish their own creative works.

Use of Submitted Information: Information provided through surveys or intake forms may be used by Aspiring Authors Hub to better understand client goals and prepare for coaching sessions. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
